3. Billing & Payment

Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis, beginning on the date of your initial registration, Or after the free trial has ended.

Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to complete your subscription.

Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. RepStack is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this requirement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose or Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. SMS Program Terms

Program Name: RepStack Alerts

Description:

Users who opt into RepStack SMS Alerts will receive periodic messages related to service updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and support notifications. We may also request feedback from the user and direct them to Google to leave a review. We only ask for reviews, we do not filter these reviews or send any other sort of marketing message.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" or "OUT" to the shortcode. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions:

To rejoin the SMS service, opt in again through our website or the original sign-up method, and we will resume SMS communication.
